The website www.darkswan-boutique.gr (hereinafter “darkswan-boutique.gr” or “Website”) is the online store of women’s clothing and accessories of the sole proprietorship “Eleni Boneli” (hereinafter “Company”), which based in Cholargos Attica, during Aspasia 72-74.
The Company offers the services of darkswan-boutique.gr with the following Terms of Use, which the recipient of the services (hereinafter “user”, “customer” or simply “you”) is invited to read carefully and use the services only if you fully accept them and consent to their application. 5.3 Shipping Time and Cost. The order execution time is immediate from the moment the product is available and the payment of the order has been completed. Shipping takes place within 1-3 days, depending on product availability.

5.4 Payment methods. You can pay for your order in one of the following ways:

1) In cash, paying the price of your order to a cooperating courier company (speedex) or to the store where you choose to pick up. Especially in the case of shipping by courier, the cash on delivery charge is €3, regardless of the amount of the order. The cash payment method is valid for orders under 500 euros*.

2) By debit or credit card, using Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard or Maestro through ALPHA BANK.

5.5 Right of Withdrawal. You have the right to withdraw from the purchase of any product except gift vouchers, in accordance with articles 3e-3l of Law 2251/1994, within 14 calendar days without giving any explanation. The withdrawal period expires 14 calendar days from the day after the day you acquired physical possession of the products you purchased. A return cannot be made for sealed products that are not suitable for return for hygiene reasons (eg socks, tights, underwear) and which have been unsealed after delivery. Please note that the right of withdrawal can only be exercised for products that have been purchased and not for the gift card purchase service. The value of gift vouchers (from the “Gift Card” option) is non-refundable, so that after payment and sending it by e-mail to the recipient, it is immediately available. Therefore, by choosing to purchase a gift certificate, you expressly consent to the loss of the right of withdrawal, by necessarily selecting the box “I accept that the value of gift certificates is non-refundable”.

5.6 Consequences of withdrawal If you withdraw from the purchase of products from darkswan-boutique.gr you will be refunded your purchase money, including delivery costs without undue delay. The refund will be made using the same payment method that you used for the original transaction. The refund will be made after the Company has received back the products in perfect condition and without them having been worn or used, without having removed the special markings (labels, sealed packages if any) and if they are accompanied by all the necessary documents (e. .eg retail sales receipt). You must send back the products or deliver them to the Company, without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day you stated that you are withdrawing from the purchase. The deadline is deemed to have been met if you send back the products before the end of the 14 day period. The first product return is free of charge. In possible future returns, the cost of returning the products is borne by you, unless it is proven that the order was executed incorrectly and the return is made with the cooperating courier companies (speedex and ELTA Courier).

5.7 Cancellations – Complaints To cancel your order or for any complaint you have in relation to the services or products of darkswan-boutique.gr, please contact info@/ stating your order number, the problem that occurred and the way you would like us to help you. The Company will respond to your request as soon as possible.

NO WARRANTY
6.1 All darkswan-boutique.gr content (information, articles, illustrations, etc.), its products and services, are provided “as is” without any express or implied warranty of any kind, regarding merchantability or their suitability for a specific purpose.
