SHIPPING METHODS & DELIVERY TIME

We take care of the immediate execution of orders, which are made via the web or by phone, as long as the items are immediately available in terms of quantity, numbers and colors (where such features exist).

Methods of Shipping Online Orders
Shipping by Courier
For the shipments of orders by courier, we cooperate with the courier company Speedex and with ELTA Courier.

In the event that you have chosen “Cash on Delivery” as the payment method, then together with the value of the order, you will pay the Courier employee the amount of the service fee for the cash on delivery service, as well as any transport costs.

Pickup from the Store
This method is available for online orders that have been paid upon completion by Card or bank deposit.

Shipping Time of Online Orders
The following generally applies to the execution and shipping times of online orders:

The execution time of the orders is immediate, from the moment the product is available and the order has been paid with one of the available payment methods.
The shipment is made within 1-3 working days, depending on the availability of the product, through the cooperating courier company (Speedex & ELTA Courier).
For remote or hard-to-reach areas, delivery time increases by 1-2 days
In the exceptional cases where an unstable factor arises, such as bad weather conditions, a strike in the transport industry, excessive load on courier companies and ELTA due to COVID-19, or other force majeure and your order cannot be executed immediately, then we will contact you for further consultation.
Cost of transportation
For orders up to fifty (99) euros the shipping cost is seven and sixty (7.60) euros.
For online purchases worth more than fifty (99) euros, Shipping is Free, as long as they have been paid at the time of completion by Card or Bank Deposit.

Return policy
What you received doesn’t suit you? No problem, you can return it just by following the steps below.

Make your return within 10 days of receiving your order. In order to make the return, the product must be in perfect condition with the special markings (tags) and proof of your order.

IN THE CASE OF A RETURN YOU HAVE THE OPPORTUNITY:
Make an exchange with the same or another product in the store.
Exchange with the same or another product through our online store.
Make your change in the e-shop if you have made your original purchase there. Please return the product very well packed to avoid damage during transport, using the courier service.
You will bear the entire costs of transport which you will pay to the transport company you choose at the time of sending the parcel. Your parcel inside should contain
a. the product you are returning b. your receipt

To reserve/reserve the product with which you wish to change, you will have to place a new order following the same procedure as a normal order with cash on delivery, just to deduct the amount/balance resulting from your returned items, you must in the field ‘ ‘Comments’ note the word ‘Change’. Please be informed that the final amount with the credit will not be shown automatically when you place your order, it will be deducted from our account after your return has been processed.
